高压氧联合药物治疗少、弱精子症的临床观察

目的探讨高压氧联合药物治疗少弱精子症的治疗效果。方法少弱精子症患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。药物组口服己酮可可碱、维生素AD油丸等,高压氧(HBO)组施行HBO治疗。联合组在口服药物的同时施行HBO治疗。治疗前及结束后1周分别进行精子化验,治疗后6个月随访患者配偶妊娠情况。结果药物组和HBO组的临床治愈率、总有效率相近(χ2=0.24、0.07,P>0.05)。联合组的临床治愈率、总有效率高于其他两组(χ2=6.39、13.05,P<0.05、0.01)。结论高压氧联合药物治疗可明显提高少弱精子症患者的生育能力,临床效果优于单纯药物或高压氧治疗。高压氧可作为治疗少弱精子症的有效措施之一。

Clinical observation of hyperbaric oxygen combined with medicine in treatment of oligoasthenospermatism

Objective:To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with medicine in treatment of oligoasthenospermatism.Methods:90 patients with oligoasthenospermatism were randomly divided into 3 groups and 30 cases in each.The patients in medicine group were treated with pentoxifylline,vitamin AD oil capsules,Vit E and HBO group′s were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,cases in combination group were treated with medicine in addition to hyperbaric oxygenation.Semen quality was evaluated before the start of treatment and 1 week after the end of treatment and pregnancy of their spouses were followed up after 6 months.Results: The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of medicine group were similar to that of HBO group(χ2=0.24、0.07,P >0.05).The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of combination group were higher than that of the other two groups(χ2=6.39、13.05,P <0.05、0.01).Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen combined with medicine can significantly improve the fertility ability of patients with oligoasthenospermatism,and clinic effects is better than medicine treatment or HBO alone.So it can be used as one of the assistant therapy for infertile male patients with oligoasthenos permatism.
