玻璃体内膜样病变的彩色多普勒超声诊断与鉴别

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）技术对玻璃体内膜样病变的超声诊断特征。方法应用CDFI对42例（47只眼）玻璃体内膜样病变进行探查，结合二维（2D）形态特征和CDFI血流分布特点，与手术结果进行对比分析。结果CDFI显示17只眼视网膜脱离中14X眼和永存玻璃体增生症均探及与视网膜相延续的血流脉络膜脱离则探及不与视网膜相延续的血流玻璃体后脱离和玻璃体机化膜未探及血流，但后者偶可见星点样彩色血流。结论2D和CDFI的联合运用，对玻璃体内膜样病变的诊断具有重要价值。

Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vitreous membranaceous pathological changes with Color Doppler Flow Imaging

Objective To explore the ultrasonic feature of Color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of vitreous membranaceous pathological changes. Methods With CDFI 42 cases （47 eyes included） of vitreous membranaceous pathological changes were analyzed,and compared with the results after operations, combining with the image features of 2-D ultrasonography and the blood flow distributing of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）. Results In 17 cases of retina detachment CDFI showed the blood flow connecting to retina in 14 eyes and persistent hyperplastic vitreous, while in cases with choroidal detachment the blood flow not joining to retina. No blood flow could be detected in cases of vitreous membrane and posterior vitreous detachment, but in cases of posterior vitreous detachment starlike colorful blood flow was witnessed occasionally. Conclusion The combination of 2-D ultrasonography and Color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） has great value in diagnosing vitreous membranaceous pathological changes.
