丹参抗犬感染性休克的机理研究

摘    要:目的:探讨丹参对抗感染性休克的作用机制。方法:建立犬感染性休克的模型。将15只休克犬分为丹对 庆大霉素组(A组);地塞米松 庆大霉素(B组);NS 庆大霉素(C组)。结果:①丹参注射液能使大肠杆菌所致感染性休克犬24h成活率显著提高并具有稳定血压,减慢心率,增加尿量的作用。②丹参抗感染性休克的可能机制是:减少内毒素;清除氧自由基;抗DIC,纠正休克时血液流变学异常,改善微循环;稳定细胞膜、亚细胞膜;保护内脏功能,对抗MODS或MOF。结论:本实验为丹参注射液在感染性休克的应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the mechanism of salvia miltiaorriza solution(SMS) on anti septic shock in dogs.Methods:E,coli 2050 ,O 55 B 5 was given to establish the models of septic shock in dogs.Fifteen dogs with septic shock were divided into three groups:Group A was treated with SMS plus gentamycin,Group B with dexamethasone plus gentamycin and Group C with NS plus gentamycin.Results:The 24 hour survival rate in Group A was higher than those of Group B( P <0 05)and Group C( P <0 01).SMS had effects of increasing and stabilizing BP,decreasing heart rate,enhancing urine output.The possible mechanism of anti septic shock is to reduce LPS,decrease the tissue and cell injuries by removing free radicals,improve microcirculation by anti DIC and correct hemorrhagic disturbances,protect the cellular and subcellular membranes and visceral functions from ischemic and toxic damages to decrease the occurrence rate of MODS or MOF.Conclusion:The experiment provides a theory base for the clinical use of SMS in treatment of septic shock.
