| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在肝肾联合移植术中的应用效果。方法分析肝肾联合移植病人术中应用CRRT的治疗过程和疗效。结果手术过程安全平稳,术中血流动力学和内环境紊乱能得以快速纠正,术后肝肾功能恢复良好。结论持续性静脉-静脉血液滤过技术(CV-VH)能精确调控术中血流动力学和机体内环境,确保手术顺利进行,有利于术后肝肾功能的尽快恢复,是一项值得推广的技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate application and clinical effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in combined liver and kidney transplantation.Methods The clinical data were studied and summarized.Results Because of the application of the CRRT,the disorders of hemodynamics and internal environment in operation were corrected quickly,whole operation was safe and steady and the function of liver and kidney recovered well after operation.Conclusion CRRT can adjust hemodynamics and internal environment precisely to ensure successful operation.It is also helpful to the recovery of liver and kidney function.So CRRT deserves to spread. |
