摘    要:明确仙附,芪地强心口服液治疗心衰的药效作用。方法用家猫在体心脏建立由戊巴比妥钠诱发的心衰模型,观察药物对心衰家猫心功能和血流动学和影响。结果仙附、芪地强心口服液和地高辛对戊巴比妥钠诱发家猫心衰具有显著的改善作用,治疗后CO、SI、CI都明显增加,而仙附、芪地强心口服液增加幅度大于地高辛对照组,且明显增加LVSP、LV-dp/dtmax。对照药巯甲丙脯酸增加CO、CI、SI的作用不如仙附、芪地强心口

Abstract:OBJECT:To elucidate the pharmacodynamic effect of Xianfu and Qidi Qiangxin oral liquids in treating heart failure. METHOD: Heart failure model was established by the induction of barbital sodium in cats, the influences of drugs on hemodynamics and cardiac function were observed. RESULT: These two oral liquids and DG could evidently improve the heart failure in cats, CO, SI and CI were increased markedly after the treatment, but the improvement of both oral liquids was better than control group of DG, and LVSP, LV-dp/dtmax were increased significantly. The increases of CO, SI and CI by another control drug QJ were not better than both oral liquids, but QJ didn't increase cardiac muscle burden. CONCLUSION: Both oral liquids could evidently increase the cardiac muscle contraction and output of model, improve hypoperfusion of pericirculation, therefore, they could effectively improve heart failure.
