| Abstract: | With the rapid changes of developmental environments and the intensive competition of the market structure, the managers at prefecture-level tumor hospitals should innovate principle of operation, management strategy, working ways and managing mode and creat the core competitiveness so as to race to control the opportunities in the intensive competition and realize the leaping development of prefecture-level tumor hospitals. |
