| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急救护理流程再造在急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的应用效果。方法评估分析原有的急救护理流程，找出其存在的瓶颈问题，对其不合理的流程进行优化。比较流程再造前后的首诊至完成首份心电图时间、完成心电图至激活导管室时间、到达医院就诊至球囊扩张时间、抢救成功率及患者满意度。结果首诊至完成首份心电图时间、完成心电图至激活导管室时间、到达医院就诊至球囊扩张时间均短于对照组（P＜0．05）；患者满意度及抢救成功率均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论急救护理流程再造可明显提高急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing progress reengineering in the acute interventional therapy on a-cute myocardial infarction.Methods Eighty-nine patients rescued by routine rescue procedure from February in 2011 to June in 2012 were assigned into the control group, and another 95 patients rescued by the optimized rescue procedure from August in 2012 to December in 2013 into the observation group.The rescue effects of two groups were compared.Results The time for emergency balloon dilatation in the obser-vation group was significantly shortened;the satisfaction was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion E-mergency nursing progress reengineering can enhance the effect on rescue of acute myocardial infarction patients. |
