镇宁县2008年食品和公共场所人员HBsAg检测结果分析

目的了解镇宁县食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况。方法对2008年1—12月到镇宁县疾病预防控制中心进行体检人员,用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血清中HBsAg。结果从业人员HBsAg阳性率为3.25%。HBsAg阳性率〈45岁组与45～65岁组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。男性和女性从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为4.36%、2.35%,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论镇宁县从业人员的HBsAg阳性率低于全国平均水平,高于大、中城市。加强对食品和公共卫生场所的预防性卫生监督,普及卫生知识,提高主动接种乙肝疫苗的积极性是降低从业人员HBsAg的有效途径。

Analysis on HBsAg Test Results of Employees in Food Industry and Public Places of Zhenning County in 2008

[Objective]To understand the carrying status of HBsAg among food and public places employees in Zhenning County.[Methods]ELISA method was adopted to test serum HBsAg of employees who were physically examined in Zhenning CDC.[Results]HBsAg positive rate was 3.25% among employees.Comparing 45 years age group and 45～65 years age group,the difference of HBsAg positive rate was significant（P〈0.01）.That for male and female employees was 4.36% and 2.35%,respectively;the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The HBsAg positive rate among employees in Zhenning County is lower than the national average,but higher than that in large and medium-sized city.To strengthen preventive sanitary supervision on food and public places,to popularize hygienic knowledge and enhance the workers＇ own initiative of hepatitis B vaccination are the effective ways for HBsAg control.
