| 摘 要： | 将GB/T19001质量管理体系、GB/T24001环境管理体系和GB/T28001职业健康安全管理体系引入医院管理机制,并将其有机的整合,实现医疗质量、绿色环境、职业安全管理体系一体化,一切与“一体化”有关的医疗行为都标准化、程序化,一切按“程序”办事,最大限度地提高了医疗质量,实现了绿色环境和职业安全的和谐统一,最大限度地满足了患者、员工和社会的需求,医院的核心竞争力明显提高。

| Abstract: | The integration of management system of medical quality,perfect environment and occupational safety was realized by integrating GB/T 19001 quality management system,GB/T 24001 environmental management system and GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system into management system of hospital.All medical behaviors related were standardized and programmed,which maximum improved medical quality,realized the integration of green environment and occupational safety and met the needs of patients,employees and the society.By all these measures,the core competence of hosptial was evidently enhanced. |
