烟草尘的致肺纤维化作用

摘    要:为研究烟草尘能否引起以肺纤维化为主的尘肺病,将150只Wistar大鼠分为烟草组、正常组、石英对照组3组,分别注入50mg烟草尘、无菌生理盐水和50mg石英尘,染尘后分别于3,6,9及12月将动物处死,用比色、酶联免疫等方法测定各组大鼠的全肺干重、全肺胶原及Ⅰ型胶原含量,并用电镜观察了病理改变。结果:烟草组3项指标均高于正常组而低于石英组,且随实验时间的延长而增高;病理改变以轻度间质纤维化为主,伴有灶周和小叶中心性肺气肿,且随实验时间延长而逐渐加重。提示纯烟草尘能导致轻度的以肺间质纤维化为主的尘肺病。

Abstract:The changes of dry weight,content of collagen and type 1collagen of whole lung and pathologic morphology in normal rats and ratsinjected into lungs with 50mg of pure tobacco and quartz dust respectivelyintratracheally for 3,6,9 and 12 months were observed with the methodsof colorimetry,enzyme linked immunity and eletron microscope etc.The dryweight,collagen contents,type 1 collagen contents of the whole lung in therats of pure tobacco groups were obviously higher than those in the normalgroups,but lower than those in the quartz groups,and increased with thelapse of experimental time.The changes of pulmonary pathologic morphologywere mainly slighter interstitial fibrosis,and accompanied with perifocal andcentrilobular pulmonary emphysema,and gradually deteriorated with thelapse of experimental time.These results indicated that the pure tobacco dustmay induce slighter pneumoconiosis and it were mainly interstitial fibrosis.Sothat the occurrence of tobaccosis must be prevented
