CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞在肺癌患者外周血的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨晚期肺癌患者外周血中CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞（Treg）的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用流式细胞仪检测30例肺癌患者化疗前、后外周血中Treg的水平,并与30例健康人（对照组）进行比较。结果：（1）肺癌患者外周血中Treg比例为（15.0±2.3）%明显高于对照组（7.1±2.0）%（P〈0.001）;（2）化疗前肺癌患者外周血中Treg为（15.0±2.3）%明显高于化疗后的（6.8±1.8）%（P〈0.001）;（3）Treg水平与病理类型无关（P〉0.05）,与临床分期有关（P〈0.01）。结论：晚期肺癌患者外周血中Treg升高,其水平变化可能可以作为评估肺癌患者疗效的指标。

The expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of CD4 + CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods: Treg levels of 30 lung cancer patients which were counted by flow cytometer before and after chemotherapy were compared with that of 30 healthy people.Results:(1) percentage of Treg in lunge cancer patients was(15.0±2.3)% and is higher than(7.1±2.0)% in health people with significant difference(P<0.001)(2) Treg level in lung caner patients before chemotherapy was(15.0±2.3)%,obvious higher than(6.8±1.8)% of that after chemotherapy(P<0.001).(3) Treg level is not related to the pathologic type of lung cancer(P>0.05) but is relative to its clinical stage(P<0.01).Conclusion: Treg level in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is higher than that of healthy people and can be an indicator for curative effects evaluation of lung cancer.
