硬膜外麻醉术后卧位方式观察

目的 :探讨硬膜外麻醉术后病人的理想卧位。方法 :选择妇科住院病人 6 0 0例 ,均为硬膜外麻醉腹部手术 ,将其随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组取垫枕卧位 ,6h内不限制翻身活动 ,可取仰卧屈膝位和侧卧位。对照组按传统的护理方法 ,取去枕平卧位 6～ 8h或次晨取其它体位。结果 :观察组呼吸及血压平稳、头痛、头晕、呕吐等与对照组比较无显著性差异P>0 0 5 ,睡眠、肠功能恢复及舒适程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :硬膜外麻醉手术患者 ,只要麻醉顺利 ,术后垫枕、取自由卧位、经常翻身改变体位可减轻疲劳 ,增加舒适度 ,并能保证睡眠 ,促进肠功能恢复 ,有利于早期引流 ,减少并发症。

Observation on the Way of Clinostatism of Post-Epidural Anesthesia

Objective:to investigate the ideal lie position of operated patients with epidural anesthesia.Mehtods:600 abdominal operated patients with epidural anesthesia were selected in our sdudy,and randomly divided into two group.Observed group:Patients may lie in free and comfortable posture with the pillow under therir head,and no turn over limitation within 6 hours after operation.Contrasted group:Patients nursed in traditional method(lie without pillow for 6-8 hours or change other posture nextmorning).Results:there is no significant idfference in patients' blood pressur ,headache ang vomiting between two group(P>0 05)but patients' sleep,recovery of intestine founction and comfort conditi on in observed group are clearly superior to contrasted group(P<0 01).Conclusion:as long as anesthesia perform is all right,operated patients with with epidural anesthesia may lie in free position with the illow so that they can get g good recovery after operation and reduce complication.
