阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的：比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法：将76例符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的患者，根据随机对照方案分别使用阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗，疗程8周。在治疗前和治疗后第1、2、4、8周末，采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PAN-SS）、临床总体印象量表（CG1）进行临床疗效评定，采用不良反应量表（TESS）进行不良反应评定。结果：阿立哌唑组显效率71．05％，有效率89．47％；利培酮组显效率76．31％，有效率92．11％，两组之间疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；阿立哌唑组的不良反应发生率低于利培酮组，但差异无显著性；两组药物引起的不良反应均为轻度或中度，患者耐受性较好，不良反应表现有所不同。结论：阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效相当，不良反应轻，但不良反应表现有异同。两种药物均为疗效好、安全性高的抗精神病药物。

A comparative study of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To compare efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:76 adult patients were recruited in this study.All the cases were diagnosed as schizophrenia in accordance with the CCMD-3 diagnosis standard and randomized into two groups,which were treated with aripiprazole or risperidone for 8 weeks.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale(TESS) were used to evaluate efficacy and adverse effects respectively before and at the ends of 1,2,4,8.Results: Curative effects of loxapine succinate were similar to that of risperidone.The effectual rate of the former was 71.05% and the latter was 76.31%.The total responds rate of former was 89.47% and the latter was 92.11%.The side effect possibility of using Aripiprazole is less than using Risperidone,but the difference is not distinct.The side effects caused by the two medicines are all low-grade or middle-grade.The endurance of suffers is better and the appearance of side effect varies.Conclusions: The results suggest that aripiprazole is as effective as risperidone for the treatment of sihizophrenia and fewer side effects in them,although two drugs have different or the same side effects.They both are efficacy and safety antipsychotic drugs in treatment of sihizophrenia.
