| 摘 要： | 目的：评价核素骨显像在诊断前列腺癌骨转移中的临床价值。方法：用SPECT核素全身骨像探测及分析骨转移灶。结果：核素骨显像检出骨转移灶为100.0％，明显高于X线平片（29.0％）。结论：核素骨显像对前列腺癌骨转移诊断有重要价值。

Value of ECT in the Diagnosis of Osseous Metastases in Prostate Cancer |

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the value of ECT in the diagnosis of osseous metastases in prostate cancer. Methods From July 1996 to January 2001,fifty-eight cases of prostate cancer with osseous metastases by ECT,CT,MRI,X-ray were reviewed.Imaging findings were measured and analyzed. Results The accuracy of ECT,CT,MRI and X-ray was 100%,35%,42% and 29% respectively. Conclusions ECT has important value in early diagnosis of osseous metastases in prostate cancer. |
