| 摘 要： | 耻骨直肠肌综合征主要临床表现为排便困难、排便不尽感等,排粪造影检查表现为搁架征。导师柳越冬教授在治疗耻骨直肠肌综合征方面有其丰富的经验,通过多年的临床实践,总结出了一套缜密的辨证施治思路,在大力倡导中医中药治疗的同时,亦十分重视适时选择手术疗法。尤其对本病的气滞血瘀型有其独特见解,值得借鉴。
