脊柱结核病灶清除植骨内固定术54例疗效观察

[目的]探讨病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗脊柱结核的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析采用病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗的54例脊柱结核患者的临床资料。[结果]本组患者切口均一期愈合,无局部窦道形成;平均随访20个月,结核病灶无复发,植骨完全融合,脊柱后凸畸形平均矫正13°,神经功能得到恢复。[结论]病灶清除植骨内固定术能彻底清除病灶、重建脊柱稳定性、促进脊柱植骨融合、缩短卧床时间,有利于患者的康复。

Cure Effect Observation to 54 Cases of Tuberculosis Debridement Bone-transplantation Internal Fixation

[Objective]To explore the cure effect of debridement and bone-transplantation internal fixation on spinal tuberculosis.[Method]Trace back and analyse the clinical data of 54 cases treated with the method above.[Result]All the patients were cured in stage 1,without focal sinus path formation;after followed up for 20m,there＇s no recurrence,the bone transplantation completely melted,the spinal kyphosis was averagely corrected 13°,the nerve was recovered on function.[Conclusion]The said method can thoroughly clear focal,re-establish spinal stability,promote spinal bone transplantation crasis,shorten in-bed time,helpful to patients recovery.
