幽门螺旋杆菌与肝癌发生关系的研究进展

幽门螺旋杆菌是引起慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的主要致病因子,并与胃癌的发生密切相关。近年的许多研究表明,幽门螺旋杆菌除引起胃肠疾病外,还与人类某些肝脏疾病的发生密切相关。目前已经在小鼠体内成功复制出幽门螺旋杆菌感染的慢性肝炎和肝癌模型。近年研究发现,慢性感染过程中激活细胞表面受体、与乙型肝炎病毒的协同作用、癌基因激活、细胞周期蛋白表达异常均可能是幽门螺旋杆菌肝炎发展成肝癌的原因。

The Research Advancement on Helicobacter Priori and Hepatocarcinogenesis
