片段弓矫治技术的临床研究

研究分析Ｂｕｒｓｔｏｎｅ发明的片段弓桥治技术在我院正畸临床应用中的优势及不足。方法 对９６例牙列拥挤和前突型深覆Ｈｅ患者应用三件式、二件式，单件式片段弓矫治技术进行研究，在矫治过程中应用生物力学原理分析，研究了片段弓的力学机理。结果 ９６例患者均获得了满意的临床疗效。应用该技术见效快，疗效确切，结论 在矫治各类错Ｈｅ畸形过程中，合理地应用片段弓矫治技术可取得事半功倍的疗效，经临床实践证明是一种适合

Research of Clinical Application of segmental arch technique

Purpose The aim of this research was to analyse the merits and faults of segmental arch technique invented by Burstone in clinical application.Methods The sample consists of 96 patients with maxillary protrustion,overbite and crowding,during the period of treatment,the segmental arch technique was used in one or some stages of the courses of correction.The datas was obtained and the mechanical mechanism of this technique was analysed.Results All patients had achieved the correction of overbite and dental crowd in short time with the use of segmental arch technique.Conclusion It is benefit for correcting of many kinds malocclusion to use segmental technique in one or some stages.Our experiences show that the technique is simple and high cost-effective.
