慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者血清微量元素变化及意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者血清微量元素变化及其临床意义。方法将50例缓解期COPD患者血清锌、硒、铜、钙、镁、铁和正常人比较。结果COPD患者血清中锌、硒、钙、铁较正常对照组显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),镁较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而铜与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论微量元素对于维持人体免疫功能和酶的活性具有重要意义。由于COPD患者锌、硒、钙、铁明显减低,因此适当补充COPD患者微量元素,对其免疫功能和生活质量的改善有重要意义。

Change and meaning of serum trace elements in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in catabasis

Objective It is to discuss the change and clinical meaning of serum trace elements in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in catabasis.Methods The trace elements such as Zn,Se,Cu,Ca,Mg and Fe of 50 COPD patients in catabasis were measured and compared with health adults.Results Compared with health adults,the levels of Zn,Se,Ca and Fe of COPD patients in catabasis debased significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01),the level of Mg rose obviously(P<0.01) and the level of Cu was no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The trace elements have important meaning on maintaining demic immune function and enzymatic activity.Because of the levels of Zn,Se,Ca and Fe are debased markedly,to add trace elements to COPD patients properly will have considerable meaning to improve immune function and life quality.
