兔脑局部冷冻对球结膜微循环的影响的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨兔脑局部冷冻对兔球结膜微循环的影响及蝮蛇抗栓酶的干预作用。方法 :单纯冷冻组 (Ⅰ组 )、冷冻 +生理盐水组 (Ⅱ组 )、冷冻 +蝮蛇抗栓酶组 (Ⅲ组 )各 8例 ,分别检测脑局部冷冻前后动物球结膜微循环的变化。结果 :Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组脑局部冷冻后球结膜微循环血管密度减少 ,微动脉变细 ,血流速度减慢 ,血液流态呈粒流或粒缓流 ,红细胞中度聚集 ,可见大小不等的白微栓流动 ,血细胞贴壁、翻滚 ;两组冷冻前后自身比较 ,差别显著 (P<0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1)。Ⅲ组球结膜微循环状态积分冷冻前后比较 ,差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。Ⅲ组冷冻后不同时相微循环状态积分明显优于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组 ,差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :兔脑局部冷冻能引起全身微循环功能障碍 ,蝮蛇抗栓酶对其有保护作用

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of local brain freezing on bulbar conjunctival microcirculation(BCM) and the intervened efficacy with Ahalysantinfarctasum (AF).Methods 24 Japanese albino rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups of 8 each,i.e.,single brain freezing(BF),freezing plus normal saline (BF NS) and freezing plus Ahalysantinfarctasum (BF AF).The changes in BCM were observed in different phases before and after the treatment.Rusults The decreased vascular density,narrowed arterioles,slowed blood flow and moderately aggregated red blood cell were observed,and the granular or slow granular streaming,various-sized white microthrombi moving,blood cell adhering to or rolling on the vascular wall were found in BCM in BF and BF NS groups after local brain freezing.In comparision with the basic state of BCM in themself before brain freezing,there are significant difference in BF and BF NS ( P <0.05 and P <0.01,respectively) after the freezing.There are not significant different ( P >0.05) in the static integral for BCM in BF AF between the before and after the freezing.The static integral for BCM during various phases of it,in the BF AF group after the freezing was superior to that in BF and in BF NS.Conclusion The results showed that local brain freezing can induce systemic microciraulatory dysfunction and the dysfunction may be prevented with AF.
