| 摘 要： | 从草药姜三七的挥发油得到一种新倍半萜醌,分子式C15H16O2,定名为姜三七醌(Ia)(Stahlianthusone)。经光谱分析和化学反应测定了其化学结构为1,6-二甲基4-异丙基萘醌-5,8。

| Abstract: | A new sesquiterpene quinone, C15H16O2, has been isolated from the essential oil of Chinese herbal drug JIANG SANQI [Stahlianthus involucratus (King ex Bak.) Craib], and named stahlianthusone(Ia). On the basis of chemical reactions and spectroscopic data(UV, IR, MS and NMR), the structure of stahlianthusone was elucidated as 1,6-dimethyl-4-isoprppylnaphthoquinone-5,8 (cadalene quinone-5,8) (Ia). |
