| 摘 要： | 糖尿病足是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,严重者可因继发感染、缺血坏死而截肢,甚至危及生命。近年来运用自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足,是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗方法,有望将来在临床应用和推广。现对包括自体骨髓干细胞移植、自体外周血干细胞移植、自体骨髓和外周血干细胞联合移植等三方面的自体干细胞移植,治疗糖尿病足的实验和临床应用的研究进展简要综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetic foot is the main complication of Diabetes,Serious ones will have to be amputated and even died because of secondary infection, ischemic necrosis. Applying autologous stem cell transplantation to treat diabetic foot is a simple and effective therapeutic methods with safty, which is expected to be applied and generalized in clinic. This article reviews experimental and clinical progresses of autologous stem cell transplantation in treating diabetic foot from three aspects, for example, autologus bone marrow stero cell transplantation, the autologus peripheral blood stem cell transplantation and the combination of autologus bone marrow with peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. |
