白芍总苷治疗未分化性关节炎的前瞻性研究

目的：了解白芍总苷治疗未分化关节炎的临床疗效。方法：入组我院确诊的UA患者39例,给予白芍总苷1 800 mg/d治疗,总疗程1年。监测患者临床症状,定期检测血常规、肝功能、ESR、免疫球蛋白、类风湿因子等,比较患者治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果：白芍总苷治疗未分化关节炎1年后患者关节炎和/或关节痛症状有明显缓解,治疗前后比较统计学差异有显著性。治疗1年后ESR、免疫球蛋白、类风湿因子阳性率较治疗前明显下降,统计学差异均有显著性。结论：白芍总苷治疗未分化关节炎的疗效明显,副作用小,可作为未分化关节炎治疗的理想药物。

Treatment for Undifferentiated Arthritis with Total Glucosides of Paeony

Objective：To study the treatment of undifferentiated arthritis（UA） with total glucosides of paeonyMethods：39 cases of UA were included the study,and treated with 1 800 mg/d of total glucosides of paeony.The course of treatment was for 1 year.The blood routine,liver function,ESR,immunoglobulin,and rheumatoid factor,etc,were examined.Results：After 1 year of treatment,the symptoms of joint pain in patients of UA relieved obviously.ESR,Ig,and rheumatoid factor were decreased significantly.Conclusions：The curative effect of total glucosides of paeony on UA was obvious,the severe side effects were not found in the subject studied.
