| 摘 要： | 目的：研究In-Ceram全瓷冠的修复效果。方法：追踪观察40位采用In-Ceram全瓷冠修复的患者，共50件，其中前牙28件，后牙22件。看全瓷冠的边缘适合性、形态、颜色、基牙是否有继发龋，冠有无折裂，综合评价In-Ceram全瓷冠的临床效果。结果：全瓷冠中92%的边缘适合性良好，94%的形态良好，98%的颜色良好，基牙没有出现继发龋，也没有冠折裂的情况出现。结论：全瓷冠修复效果良好，适于临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical performance of In Ceramic crowns. Methods: forty patients were examined with a total of 50 In Ceram crowns (28 anterior single Crowns.22 posterior single crowns). This study documented the marginal integrity, the Shape and color of crowns,secondary dental caries,and visible cracks in the crown.Results:Marginal integrity for 92% of In Ceram crowns was good,so was the shape for 94% of crowns, and the color for 98% of crowns. No secondary caries and cracks in the crowns.Conclusion:In Ceram crowns demonstrated satisfactory clinical performance. |
