摘    要: 目的:筛选和分离微生物产生的胆固醇生物合成酶抑制剂?方法:应用体外酶反应系统筛选具有抑制胆固醇生物合成活性的阳性菌株,通过发酵、溶媒萃取、硅胶柱分离和纯化获得活性化合物的单体;测定理化性质和MS,IR,UV,NMR等图谱,确定化合物的化学结构?结果:从杂色曲霉菌株中分离出3个结构类似的醌类化合物,确定其化学结构和总结其生物活性?结论:化合物SIPI-1-3和4为首次报道的新结构化合物,抑制胆固醇生物合成活性也为新发现?

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To screen and isolate the cholesterol biosynthetic enzyme inhibitors from SIPI 17. METHODS: Using cholesterol biosynthetic enzyme system in vitro , we screened the metabolites of microorganisms and found the strains with immunosuppressant activity; then the pure active compounds were obtained by fermentation, solvent extraction,silica gel chromatography,respectively;the chemical structures were finally elucidated through analyses of physico-chemical properties, MS,IR,UV,NMR spectra,respectively.RESULTS: Three compounds were isolated from Aspergillus versicolor sp. SIPI 17 and their structures were elucidated. CONLUSION:Compound SIPI 1 3 and 4 were first reported with new structures, Their lowering cholesterol biosynthesis activities were first found so far.
