卡介苗对照射小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)吞噬消化功能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了射线对小鼠Mφ的损伤作用和卡介苗等菌苗对它的防护效果。结果如下:(1)照射后不同病期(假愈期,极期,恢复期),Mφ吞噬消化功能均受到抑制,以极期抑制最严重,小鼠死亡也达最高峰,随着病情好转而Mφ吞噬消化功能也相应出现升高;(2)随着照射剂量的增大,照射30天后小鼠的活存率与腹腔Mφ吞噬消化指数相应降低,并呈显著相关,r=0.88,回归直线方程为y=1.091+1.0137x,说明该指标能反映机体非特异免疫力强弱 ;(3)卡介苗不论防治或单独治疗均能提高照射小鼠活存率,与该菌苗激活照射小鼠腹腔Mφ吞噬消化功能有关。


THE EFFECT OF TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION ON THE PHAGOCYTO-DIGESTIVE FUNCTION OF MOUSE-MACROPHAGES AND THE VALUE OF BCG VACCINATION IN PREVENTION AND PROTECTION
Abstract:The present work demonstrated that when whole body of mice was exposed to acute 60Co irradiation, the intracellular digestive function of chicken erythrocytes by peritoneal macrophages of mice was suppressed.Intracellular digestion tests were carried out in mice 4, 6, 10 and 30 days after 750 rad irradiation. As might be expected, in general, a dose-time-dependent respose pattern was seen from 4 to 10 days, and recovery of the intracellular digestive activity was evident from 10 to 30 days. Thus the 10th day was the day of the greatest suppression.Further studies demonstrated that the relationship of the lethal effect as well as the intracellular digestive indices on the 30th day after irradiation with respect to the dosages of irradiation also showed a linear pattern. With increasing in 60Co irradiation dose, the survival rate and intracellular digestive indices were both decreased.Significant protection existed following lethal exposures of 60Go after preventive and therapeutic BCQ treatment. Thus the intracellular digestion ability of peritoneal macrophages in the mouse vaccinated with BCG was increased distinctly than that of the control group. The intracellular digestive function of the mouse peritoneal macrophage might be considered as an index of non-specific immunological response.
