| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素。方法；对265例2型糖尿病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：2型糖尿病合并冠心病者为27.2%。年龄，糖尿病病程，体重指数，高血压，空腹血清C肽，甘油三脂，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇，血清尿酸8个因素与2型糖尿病合并冠心病有关。结论：为减少并发冠心病。2型糖尿病患者除注意控制常见的冠心病危险因素外，亦应注意控制高胰岛素血症，高甘油三脂血症，高尿酸血症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the risk factors for coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:A retrospective analysis was made among 265 patients with type 2 DM.Results:The proportion of type 2 DM patients accompanying with CHD was 27.2%.The eight factors related to CHD were age,stage of DM,body mass index(BMI),hypertension,fasting serum C peptide,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) and serum uric acid.Conclusions:To decreasee the proportion of CHD in type 2 DM patients,we should not only pay attention to the common risk factors for CHD,but control the hyperinsulinemia,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia. |
