双源CT双能量成像在颈动脉斑块诊断与分析中的应用

目的评价双源CT双能量成像诊断颈动脉斑块的临床价值。方法对75例颈动脉CT成像资料进行回顾性分析,比较其中39例发生缺血性脑血管事件的患者(观察组)与另外36例患者(对照组)的颈动脉斑块的性质、血管狭窄程度,并通过多因素Logistic回归对发生缺血性脑血管事件的危险因素进行筛选。结果观察组与对照组颈动脉狭窄程度、斑块性质有显著区别(P<0.05);高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及重度狭窄、闭塞、易损斑块与脑血管症状发生有明显的相关性。结论双源CT通过分析颈动脉斑块为脑血管事件的发生提供了较高的参考依据。

Dual source CT dual energy imaging in carotid artery plaque analysis application

Objective To explore clinical significance of dual-source dual-energy computed tomography （DSCT） carotid ath- erosclerosis angiography in detecting carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods The image of 75 case of carotid angiography was ana- lyzed retrospectively, which includes 39 symptomatic and 36 asymptomatic cases respectively. The quality of plaque and degree of steno- sis in two groups were compared. Beside, risk factors of Ischeinic Cere-brum Vascular Disorders were selected by Logistic regression. Results The difference was statistically significant in the quality of carotid atherosclerosis plaque and degree of stenosis between symp- tomatic group and asymptomatic group. Conclusion Dual-energy computed tomography has high value in the prediction of Ischemic Cere-brum Vascular Disorders by carotid atherosclerosis angiography.
