冠心病患者性康复咨询需求的调查

目的探讨冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)患者性康复咨询需求情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查法,调查72例住院CAD患者的"性健康咨询需求及咨询内容"和"性健康知识来源及获得途径"。结果 69.44%的CAD患者认为性健康指导是必要的,90.28%以上患者十分关心恢复性生活安全性等性咨询。性康复咨询需求在不同性别、年龄和发病次数上的差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响患者性康复的主要因素是怕再次心绞痛、猝死和配偶的过度保护。性健康知识来源上,84.72%患者选择了心脏科医生,43.06%选择心脏科护士。首选的咨询方式为口头咨询,其次为书面咨询。结论CAD患者有性康复咨询的需求。为患者提供多维度、多方面、个体化的健康咨询成为心脏科医护人员的重要责任。

An investigation on demands for sex rehabilitation counseling in patients with coronary artery disease

Objective To inquiry the demands of sex rehabilitation counseling in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate 72 in-patients with coronary heart disease on demands of sex rehabilitation counseling. Results 69.44% of CAD patients thought that sexual health guide is necessary and more than 90. 28% pa- tients concerned about the safety of sexual activity. There were no significant difference on demands for sex rehabilitation counseling be- tween sexes and among different ages and frequency of attacks. The main influence factors of sex rehabilitation feared of recurrence of angina, sudden death and spouse＇s excessive protection. On sexual health knowledge sources, 84.72% of CAD preferred to cardiologist and 43.06% selected Cardiac nurses. The preferred consulting method was oral advice, and the secondary was writing advice. Conclu- sion the CAD patients have sex rehabilitation counseling demands. It will be one of major responsibility for medical workers in cardiol- ogy provide sex rehabilitation counseling with the multi- and individual-ways for the patients.
