气管切开拔管后应用纳米银离子创伤贴的效果观察

目的探讨两种不同方法在气管切开处伤口的应用效果。方法将80例气管切开拔管患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组在气管切开拔管后给予生理盐水清洁创面后,予纳米银离子创伤贴覆盖伤口;对照组患者气管切开拔管后给予生理盐水清洁创面,再予蝶形纱布覆盖伤口。观察两组患者气管切开处伤口愈合情况、愈合时间、伤口感染情况等。结果试验组伤口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),伤口愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论纳米银离子创伤贴有利于加快气管切开处伤口愈合,能降低患者感染率,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

The effect of nanometer silver dressing in treatment of incision after tracheotomy

Objective To compare the effects of two methods which were used to treat the incision after tracheotomy. Methods Eighty patients underwent incision of tracheotomy were randomly divided into experimental and control groups ,40 in each group. The experimental group used the nanometer silver dressing to treat the incision after tracheotomy while the control group used the normal ad- hesive tape. Results The wound healing in the experimental group was better than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the healing time of experimental group is shorter than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using the nanometer silver dressing to treat the incision af- ter traeheotomy can reduce the pain of the patients, as well as shorten the time of healing.
