| 摘 要： | 军队医院精简整编后，军队医学图书馆和医药卫生科技查新站人力不足的矛盾非常突出。笔者结合军队医药卫生科技查新站工作实际，探讨了查新站有效利用人力资源的迫切性、相关途径和注意事项，认为查新站有效利用人力资源主要在查新方，以后应逐步扩展到委托方；科技查新是医疗卫生单位大家的事，需要共同关注，齐心协力才能办好。

| Abstract: | After the reorganization of human resources in the military hospitaL, the contradiction stands out that the shortage of manpower in military medical libraries and medicine and health sci - tech novelty searches stations. According to the fact of the libraries and sci - tech novelty searches station, the problems were analyzed about effective utilization of human resources. The results showed that to improve the efficiency utilization of human resources, both the station and the commission institution should do their best. |
