婴幼儿急性下呼吸道感染病毒病原的研究

摘    要:对1984年1~3月52例住院婴幼儿 ALRTI 患儿进行了病毒病原的实验研究。经病毒分离和RSV 抗原检测证实21例为病毒感染,其中RSV14例,ADV7例(3型2例,7型5例)。病毒检出率为40.4%。提示长沙地区冬春季婴幼儿 ALRTI 的主要病毒病原是RSV和3、7型ADV。RSV抗原检测在取样后4小时获得结果,具有简便、特异、敏感的优点。

Abstract:Laboratory study on viral etiology of 52 cases with acute lower respiratory tract infection(ALRTI) in infants and young children was done during the period of January to March 1984. The viruses were identified in 21 of the cases by conventional viral isolation and RSV antigen assay. 14 of them were RSV, 7 ADV (2 cases of Type 3 and 5 cases of Type7). The frequency of viral infection accounted for 40.4% of the cases. It was indicated that RSV and ADV were the most important viral pathogen of ALRTI among infants and young children in the winter and spring of Changsha. (Simultaneously, rapid detection of RSV antigen was researched. )Samples of pharyngeal secretions obtained from 43 infants and young children with ALRTI were examined for the presence of RSV by immunofluorescence assay (IFA) and imm noperoxidsse assay (IPA). The consentaneous result of IFA and IPA was compared with cell culture isolation. RSV antigen positive cells were detected by IFA and IPA in 10 specimens and 9 samples were positive in cell culture. The agreement between virus isolation and consentaneous result of IFA and IPA was 88.4%. The applicability of IFA and IPA to rapid viral diagnosis of RSV infection is discussed.
