| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈部瘢痕修复中，优于传统手术疗效的方法。方法 于需修复组织周围正常软组织下置入一个或多个扩张器进行扩张，扩张结束后，用扩张后皮肤软组织进行组织修复。结果 共治疗23例，随访6个月，外观及功能均较满意。结论 在充分做好术前设计及预防扩张器并发症发生的情况下，本方法在组织修复中能取得更满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a technique to obtain good aesthetic and funcitonal results in repairing complicated tissue defects on the face and the neck.Methods Normal tissue around skin tissue defect were expanded,and additional skin was transfered to repair defected tissue.Results The treatment results of 23 cases were satisfactory after 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion Carefully planned,this maneuver shows better effects than the conventional method in repairing the skin defects of the face and the neck. |
