摘    要:目的:探讨药物力谷源不同制作加工工艺后的抗疲劳功能差异。方法:普通力谷源和力谷源纳米制剂分别喂养小鼠,通过小鼠负重游泳实验观察不同喂养组之间游泳时间差异,分析抗疲劳能力。结果:与对照组及力谷源喂养组比较,力谷源纳米制剂喂养组可明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P〈0.001)。结论:力谷源纳米制剂具有抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of nanometerparticulate LiGuYuan capsule and common LiGuYuan capsule on anti-fatigue in mice. Methods:Mice are treated with nanometer-particulate LiGuYuan capsule and common LiGuYuan capsule.Anti-fatigue of mice was observed by the duration of exhaustive swimming.Result:It showed that compared with the control group and common LiGuYuan capsule-treatment group,time of exhaustive swimming of the mice in the nanometer-particulate LiGuYuan capsule group is more long significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion:Nanometer-particulate LiGuYuan capsule can anti-fatigue.
