拉西地平治疗轻中度高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效观察

目的观察拉西地平治疗高血压病的疗效及对血尿酸的影响。方法选择2010年3月-2012年3月我院门诊及住院68例轻中度高血压合并高尿酸血症患者,单纯服用拉西地平2～8mg,视血压调整剂量,总疗程6周,治疗前后比较血尿酸的变化。结果治疗后高血压患者无论收缩压还是舒张压均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);尿素氮、肌酐、血尿酸无明显变化。结论拉西地平对血尿酸代谢无明显影响,是治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症患者安全有效较为理想的降压药。

Effect observation of lacidipine in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia

Objective To observed the effect of lacidipine in the treatment of hypertension and the impact of it on serum uric acid.Methods From March 2010 to March 2012,68 patients with mild to moderate hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia were selected in outpatients and inpatients.They were treated with lacidipine （2～8mg） singly,adjusting dosage as the blood pressure.The total period of treatment was 6 weeks.The serum uric acid change was compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients dropped obviously,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）.There was no significant difference about blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and uric acid.Conclusion The lacidipine has no significant effect on serum uric acid metabolism and is a safe,effective and ideal antihypertensive agent for patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia.
