兰索拉唑联合血凝酶治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的:观察兰索拉唑联合血凝酶对急性上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法:将46例急性上消化道出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例,对照组22例。治疗组给予兰索拉唑30 mg加入生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注,每日2次,联合应用血凝酶1 KU静脉注射,每日1次。对照组给予法莫替丁20 mg加入生理盐水50 mL静脉滴注,每日2次,联合应用血凝酶1 KU静脉注射,每日1次。两组疗程均为5 d,观察两组止血效果。结果:治疗组止血总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(63.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:兰索拉唑联合血凝酶治疗上消化道出血经济、有效,值得临床推广应用。

The Curative Effect Observation of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage with Injection of Lansoprazole Combined Injection of Haemocoagulase

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with injection of lansoprazole combined hemocoagulase.Methods： 46 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups（24 cases in the treatment group and 22 cases in the control group）.The treatment group received lansoprazole 30 mg which joined the intravenous infusion of normal saline 100 mL（2 times per day）,then combined with injection hemocoagulase 1KU for intravenous injection and intramuscular injection（once a day）.The control group was given the famotidine injection 20 mg,joined the intravenous infusion of normal saline 50 mL（2 times per day）,then combined with injection hemocoagulase 1KU for intravenous injection and intramuscular injection（once a day）.The two groups were treated for 5 days to observe the effect of hemostasis.Results：The total hemostatic efficiency of the treatment group was 91.67%,which was higher than the control group（63.63%）.There was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is economical,effective and worthy of clinical application to treat the acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with injection of lansoprazole combined injection of hemocoagulase.
