尿激酶溶栓在风心病左心房内血栓脱落引起的脑栓塞治疗中的疗效分析

目的探讨尿激酶溶栓在风心病左心房内血栓脱落引起的脑栓塞治疗中的治疗效果。方法 2010年11月-2011年11月入院治疗的64例风湿性心脏病左心房内血栓脱落引起的脑栓塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组常规治疗基础上给予尿激酶、20%甘露醇静脉滴注,对照组除了未应用尿激酶外,其他用药与治疗组相同或者相似。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后第1、3、7、14天2组患者神经功能缺损评分组间比较,治疗组效果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗风心病左心房内血栓脱落引起的脑栓塞效果较好,是临床实践上的可靠选择。

Effect analysis of thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in the treatment of cerebral embolism caused by left atrial thrombus shedding in rheumatic heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in the treatment of cerebral embolism caused by left atrial thrombus shedding in rheumatic heart disease.Methods 64 cases of rheumatic heart disease with left atrial thrombus shedding caused by cerebral embolism patients in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 32 cases.The control group was treated with conventional method,while the treatment group received with urokinase and 20% mannitol intravenous infusion for treatment based on the control group.The related treatment effects of 2 groups were taken for a comparative analysis.Results The neurological deficit scores of the 2 groups were compared 1,3,7 and 14 days after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion It has a better effect for thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in the treatment of cerebral embolism caused by left atrial thrombus shedding in rheumatic heart disease,which is a reliable choice in clinical practice.
