某地区不同采收期连翘叶中连翘酯苷、芦丁和连翘苷的含量测定

目的:采用HPLC法同时测定不同采收期的连翘叶中连翘酯苷、芦丁和连翘苷的含量,综合比较各指标以评价连翘叶的质量及其最佳采收期。方法:采用Alltima C18ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为室温,流速为0.8 mL/min。结果:连翘叶中连翘酯苷、芦丁和连翘苷以每年的6月底和7月份含量最高,所以,以6月底和7月份采收作为最佳采收期为宜。结论:此测定方法准确、重现,可为连翘叶的质量控制提供借鉴。

Determination of Contents of Forsythiaside,Rutin and Phillyrin in Folium Forsythia Gathered in Different Periods in a Certain Area

Objective： To assay the contents of Forsythiaside,Rutin and Phillyrin in Folium Forsythia gathered in different periods as a result of HPLC method.The quality of Folium Forsythia and the suitable gathering periods is evaluated by all indexes.Method： A gradient elution program with methanol-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 was performed on Alltima C18 ODS（250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The detection wavelength of DAD was 280 nm and column temperature was at room temperature.Results：Content of the Forsythiaside,Rutin and Phillyrin arrived its maximum yield in June and July.Conclusion： The method is found to be accurate and repeatable for simultaneous analysis of Forsythiaside,Rutin and Phillyrin in Folium Forsythia,and provided a reliable way for evaluating the quality of it.
