辛伐他汀联合苯那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效探讨

目的探讨辛伐他汀联合苯那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择2008-2011年收治的116例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为苯那普利治疗组(对照组)和辛伐他汀联合苯那普利治疗组(观察组),每组各58例,观察2组患者治疗前后的平均动脉压(MAP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)以及血肌酐(Scr)变化情况。结果 2组患者治疗后的MAP、FBG、UAER以及Scr水平较治疗前均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后各观察指标与对照组相比改善更为显著,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用辛伐他汀联合苯那普利治疗糖尿病肾病能够取得较好的疗效,且无严重的不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方法 ,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Efficacy study of simvastatin combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of simvastatin combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From 2008 to 2011 years,116 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into benazepril group （control group） and simvastatin combined with benazepril group （observation group）,58 cases in each group.The mean arterial pressure （MAP）,fasting plasma glucose （FBG）,urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） and blood creatinine （Scr） changes in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MAP,FBG,UAER and Scr levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The observation indicators improvement in the observation group was more significant than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Treating diabetic nephropathy with simvastatin combined with benazepril can achieve better results,has no serious adverse reaction and is safe and effective,which is worthy of further clinical use.
