| 摘 要： | 目的建立酸败油菜花粉的质量控制方法。方法通过对酸度、过氧化值的测定，同时考察药材的外观性状，可以检验出酸败样品，严格控制油菜花粉质量。结果酸败的样品口尝明显有酸味、色泽较暗，pH〈4．5，过氧化值〉0．2。结论通过性状、酸度、过氧化值的测定，初步制定了酸败油菜花粉的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | In China, it has been a long history since the beginning of the application of Rape Pollen, which is honoured as a complete nutrition bank. But rancidity in Rape Pollen occurs easily under improper storage. The research build a quality control method on rancid sample in Rape Pollen raw material and preparation for the first time. Through the determination of acidity , peroxide value and the examination of the character of the sample, the rancid sample can be checked out and the quality of Rape Pollen can be controlled more strictly. |
