| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肠瘘治疗方法。方法：回顾总结我院1993年1月至2004年1月治疗的32例肠瘘患者临床资料。结果：32例中手术治愈12例，非手术治愈14例，死亡6例。结论：肠瘘的各个阶段随着病理生理变化的不同治疗方法亦不同。医源性肠瘘是可以预防的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore methods for the treatment of intestine fistula. Methods: To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 32 patients with intestinal fistula from January 1993 to January 2004. Results: Of the 32 cases, 12 patients recovered with operation, 14 cases were cured through non- surgical methods, and the rest died. Conclusion: Methods for the treatment of intestine fistula vary with different changes in pathophysiology at its various stages. Iatrogenic intestine fistula is a disease that can be prevented. |
