小梁切除术后结膜下注射结缔组织生长因子抗体对兔眼滤过泡形态的影响

目的:探讨结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)抗体对兔青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡增殖的抑制作用。方法:家兔双眼制作小梁切除术模型,随机选取家兔一眼作为抗体组,分别于手术完成当时和术后第5天予以结膜下注射CTGF抗体。另一眼作为对照组在相同时间点予以结膜下注射PBS。术后1、3、5、7、10、14d分别观察滤过泡形态。结果:术后1、3、5d两组滤过泡均弥散隆起。术后7、10和14d对照组滤过泡逐渐扁平、局限、瘢痕形成,而抗体组滤过泡维持较好、瘢痕形成时间较晚。结论:CTGF抗体结膜下注射可抑制兔眼小梁切除术后滤过泡纤维化,CTGF抗体可能成为一种提高滤过手术成功率的新药物。

Effect of subconjunctival injection of connective tissue growth factor antibody after trabeculectomy on the morphologic changes of filtering bleb

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of the antibody of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)on proliferation of the filtering bleb after trabeculectomy in rabbit eyes.Methods Models of trabeculectomy were made in bilateral eyes in rabbits.One eye of each rabbit was randomly chosen as the Antibody group,and subconjunctival injection of the antibody of CTGF was performed at day 0 and 5 after trabeculectomy.The other eye of the rabbit served as the Control group,and received PBS subconjunctival inj...
