系统性红斑狼疮患者CD62p表达的研究

目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血小板膜表面CD62p的表达水平，了解患者血小板功能的变化。方法：用荧光素标记的单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪测定SLE患者CD62p的表达水平．用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数（BPC），用全自动血凝仪测定血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）及纤维蛋白原（Fg）。结果：SLE患者CD62p的表达水平明显高于对照组，BPC低于对照组，CD62p的变化与BPC无关。结论：SLE患者CD62p表达水平明显升高，提示大量血小板活化，参与炎症反应及血栓形成，患者体内存在血小板数量与功能双重变化。

Study on levels of CD62p expressions in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To explore the significance of platelet activation related to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and the platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p expression.Methods CD62p were detected by flow cytometry in patients with SLE.Blood platelet count were measured by automatic hemocytoanalyze.Plasma prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(Fg) were measured by automatic hemagglutinin meter.(Results) The levels of CD62p expression was significantly elevated in the SLE patients than in the controls.Blood platelet counts(BPC) were lower than in normal group.The levels of CD62p expressions had no relationship with BPC. Conclusion The levels of CD62p are significantly elevated in SLE patient.These findings suggest that partial platelet are activated in SLE patients.Those activated platelets may be involved in inflammation and thrombogenesis.Changes of both platelet counts and function exist in the patients.
