| 摘 要： | 采用直接蒸馏气相色谱法，以正十五烷为内标对桂枝茯苓胶囊中的丹皮酚进行了含量测定。实验结果表明：在所测浓度范围内，峰面积与被测物浓度的线性关系很好，其相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９。本法简便、准确，回收率为９９．７％（ｎ＝１１），ＲＳＤ为２．１５％。

| Abstract: | A method of determination of paeonol in Guizhi Fuling Capsule by GC was established.The experimental results showed that the standard c urve was linear in the detection range and the recovery was 99.70%(RSD= 2.15%,n= 11).This methed was simple and accurate,and it provided a means for drug contrul. |
