足月分娩后手术切口部位子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗效果分析

目的研究分析足月分娩孕妇,顺产侧切和剖腹产伤口部位出现子宫内膜异位症状的诊断和预防处理方法。方法对我院接受的8例患者出现腹部或会阴切口部位子宫内膜异位病例进行研究性分析,8例病例术后回访期均为1年。结果对8例患者的临床表现、病理检查和诊断正确,其中5例属于腹部切口部位子宫内膜异位症,3例属于会阴切口子宫内膜异位症,8例患者中发病潜伏期最短2个月,最长10个月,其中1例术后2个月发病且产后未哺乳,月经复潮较早。8例患者均采用手术手段切除病灶,术后药物巩固治疗,并定期术后回访,无1例复发。结论通过典型病史和临床表现分析,容易对该病进行诊断,发生的概率与分娩时反复进行宫腔操作有关,导致子宫内膜异位有关,病情可进行预防,治疗需要采用手术切除。

Clinical Effect of Surgical Incision Site Endometrial Endometriosis after Term Delivery

Objective analysis term delivery pregnant women,natural labor side cut and cesarean section place occurrence wound endometriosis,diagnosis and prevention treatment methods to our acceptable.Methods Hospital for patients with abdominal or perineal incision site the endometriosis cases research analysis are 1 year,8 cases of postoperative return visit period.Results 8 cases of all is a return visit to the results of the eight patients in the clinical,pathological examination and correct diagnosis,5 cases of abdominal incisions place belongs to endometriosis,3 cases belong to episiotomy endometriosis,8 patients incubation period of the shortest 2 months,the longest 10 months,Incidence of 1 case after two months and postpartum breastfeeding,menstruation earlier.Eight cases were resection of the lesions by surgical means,drugs consolidate after treatment,and postoperative return visit on a regular basis,and no recurrence.Conclusion Typical history and clinical analysis,easy to diagnose the disease,repeated uterine operations related to the probability of occurrence and during childbirth,leading to endometriosis,illness prevention,treatment requires surgical resection.
