| 摘 要： | 本文报告7例经皮动脉导管未闭（PDA）栓塞术，5例栓塞成功，无共发症，文中对PDA栓塞适应症、栓塞方法、泡沫塞子直径选择、并发症和PDA失败原因进行了讨论。
