婴幼儿腹泻病原微生物检验结果探析

目的：探析诱发婴幼儿腹泻问题的病原微生物的类型,总结不同的感染在年龄方面的差异,为预防婴幼儿感染提供临床经验。方法：以本院收治的235例婴幼儿腹泻患者为研究对象,对其实施病原微生物检测,通过分析检验结果,掌握病原微生物类型与感染年龄特征。结果：婴幼儿由于受到病原微生物的感染而产生的腹泻问题,最为首要的致病微生物种类为轮状病毒,其感染与年龄之间存在着显著的相关性（P〈0.05）。结论：通过为腹泻的婴幼儿患者开展病原微生物检测,可以及时精准地找到致病因素,并根据感染状况选择相应的药物,给予患者有效治疗。

Analysis of Infantile Diarrhea Pathogen Test Results

Objective：To explore the type of Pathogenic microorganisms induced diarrhea in infants.Summarizes the different infection differences in terms of age,to provide clinical experience for the prevention of infant infection.Method：235 cases of infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital neonatal as study group,all patients were test of pathogenic microorganisms.Through the analysis of the test results,grasp the types of pathogenic microorganisms.Result：Rotavirus was the most common pathogen of infantile diarrhea,and the infection was significantly associated with age in children（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laboratory can found pathogenic microorganism in children with diarrhea,according to the infection types doctors can choice the drug to treate.
