| 摘 要： | 目的：优选退黄口服液的提取工艺。方法：以芍药苷的含量及浸膏得率为考察指标,以加水量（A）、提取时间（B）、提取次数（C）为主要影响因素,每因素设3个水平,用L9（34）正交表进行正交试验。结果：退黄口服液的最佳提取工艺为：加10倍量水回流提取3次,每次l h。结论：该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,适于退黄口服液的提取。

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the extraction technology for Tuihuang oral liquid.Method：The extraction conditions were optimized by L9（34） orthogonal test,with the solvent volume,extraction time and extraction times as the influencing factors,and each factor set three levels,the content of the Paeoniflorin and the extraction rate were used as the evaluation indexes.Result：The optimal extraction conditions of Tuihuang oral liquid were： refluxing extraction for 3 times and 1h each time with 10-fold amount of water.Conclusion：The extraction technology is reasonable,reliable and suitable for the extraction of Tuihuang oral liquid. |
