肠内营养结合肠外营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果观察

目的：研究分析肠内营养结合肠外营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床治疗效果。方法：选取本院2010年2月-2013年1月收治的94例重症急性胰腺炎,将其随机分为两组,对照组49例患者接受全胃肠外营养（TPN）,治疗组45例患者接受肠内营养结合肠外营养治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗后,治疗组第7天、第14天血清前清蛋白水平、患者内毒素水平下降均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,在组内进行比较,治疗组患者第14天血清前清蛋白水平、患者内毒素水平下降优于第7天,对照组患者第14天血清前清蛋白水平、患者内毒素水平下降优于第7天,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用肠内营养结合肠外营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者,稳定了患者营养状况,稳定患者内环境,有效提高患者生命质量,值得在临床医学中推广使用。

The Effect of Enteral Nutrition Combined with Parenteral Nutrition in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective：To study the clinical treatment of enteral nutrition with intestinal nutrition in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis effect.Method：94 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2010 February to 2013 January were randomly,divided into two groups,the control group of 49 patients received total parenteral nutrition（TPN）,the treatment group of 45 patients receiving enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition therapy,clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients.Result：The two groups of patients after treatment,the treatment group of seventh days,fourteenth days of serum prealbumin level,decrease endotoxin levels in patients were better than the control group,there was statistically significant correlation（P〈0.05）,were compared in a group,the patients in the treatment group fourteenth days of serum prealbumin level,patients with endotoxin levels drop is better than seventh days,patients in the control group fourteenth days of serum prealbumin level,decrease endotoxin levels in patients over seventh days,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）contrast.Conclusion：The use of enteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients is stable,the nutritional status of the patients,patients with stable internal environment,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy to be popularized in clinical medicine.
