高血压脑出血术后应用神经节苷脂的临床疗效分析

目的：观察高血压脑出血术后给予神经节苷脂治疗的临床疗效。方法：将本院2010年1月-2011年12月100例高血压脑出血患者随机的分为对照组和观察组，对照组50例患者术后给予常规治疗，观察组50例患者术后给予神经节苷脂治疗，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组与对照组治疗后的NIHSS评分、ADL评分和出血周围水肿体积比较，观察组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床中对于高血压脑出血术后给予神经节苷脂进行治疗具有较好的应用效果，能够有效地纠正水肿，并促进神经功能的恢复，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床中应用与推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Curative Effect of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Postoperative Application of Ganglioside

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of ganglioside treatment after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method：100 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 December were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 patients of the control group were given routine treatment,50 patients of the observation group were given ganglioside treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups was analyzed.Result：NIHSS score,ADL score and bleeding surrounding edema volume were compared between the observation group and the control group after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after of the ganglioside treatment has a better effect,can effectively correct the edema,and promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of application and promotion in clinical.
